This makes opening jar lids painfull and/or nearly impossible. This very handy little opener has never failed to open any lid within a matter of seconds. Easy to use. Attractive design- looks good on my kitchen counter. The One-Touch seems better, but the reason I bought this is because mine broke off one of the jaws opening a jar. Since purchasing this item, she has expressed her appreciation in making her life a lot easier. It is easy to use and adjusts quickly to any size jar. I was not sure if the item was electrical because I did not see that information printed anywhere in the description. But rest assured that it is an electrical item, no batteries needed just an electrical outlet. |
